Rogers Pass, Canada. I had skied into the back country of Rogers Pass for some Winter camping and Telemark skiing with a few friends. The next morning I got up early to capture the sunrise, and was greeted by this wonderful deep blue light in sky and snow with the first light hitting some high distant peaks. I quickly fumbled with trying to balance my camera on a mini-tripod in the knee deep powder snow, while keeping my mittens on , since it was approximately -10F outside.
