Cedar Mesa Plateau, Utah. During a fall backpacking trip in southern Utah we had a few days of snow and rain causing the streams to flood. Once the water receded there was beautiful patterns everywhere in the mud. Something was missing until I came across this spot where a cottonwood leaf had fallen down completing the picture.
