FINE ART PRINTS

All fine art prints are custom printed on FujiChrome Crystal Archive paper using a Lightjet 5000, to ensure a high quality print that closely resembles the photographer's original vision. Lightjet prints are one of the most commonly used printing method in the fine art world, and produces stunning prints with very good archival qualities. Each image is optimized in the digital darkroom to produce a beautiful print that represents a stunning moment in nature.

Photographic standards
All prints are made to match a stunning moment in nature and my experience when I captured the image. The digital darkroom is only utilized to optimize the prints and to compensate for the limitations of film and digital capture. None of the images are composites nor have they been altered beyond my experience. I occasionally uses photographic filters to compensate for the limitations of film.

Environmental promise
Fredrik Norrsell always takes the outmost care to avoid disturbing the creatures that appears in his images. In the field he respects his surroundings and make every effort to leave nature as he found it. All images of wild animals are taken in their natural environment. I don't photograph animals in zoo's, game farms, or other controlled environments.

Some images have different proportions than those below for esthetic reasons, and will be printed to the closest matching size. Be aware that colors and contrast of the prints will be slightly different than what you see on your computer screen. Please, specify matt, luster or glossy surface when ordering prints!

Print Handling
Lightjet prints are fragile and require special care in handling and framing.
* We suggest using a framer that has experience with Lightjet prints, to ensure your satisfaction and to protect the value of your purchase.
* We strongly recommend using archival quality materials in the framing process to prevent pre-mature degradation of the photograph.
* Lightjet prints might scratch or wrinkle if not handled carefully. Keep them packaged until framing can be done!
* Fingerprints and oil from your hands can damage the photo. Handling should be done using cotton gloves!
